School Districts Protected By NanoStrike

Our leading air disinfection technology is:

Quiet

Using an innovative dual-speed fan, the WellAir 900W remains quiet during operation, ensuring students and faculty can maintain focus in the classroom environment.

Efficient

The WellAir 900W is efficient on school budgets and on electricity. The device requires less energy than a 14-watt light bulb and offers the lowest cost of ownership of any air purification technology.

Portable

Weighing in at just 10lbs, the WellAir 900W unit is slim, lightweight, and highly portable. The unit can be easily stand or wall-mounted requiring minimal installation.

Effective

Nanostrike technology enables the WellAir 900W to disinfect and purify classroom air rapidly by physically destroying airborne pathogens at the DNA level.

“NanoStrike provides vital peace of mind. The medical-grade technology it uses helps to safely clean the air by reducing contaminants and viruses 24 hours a day. The decision was obvious once we reviewed the NanoStrike testing and scientific data – specifically its effectiveness on the SARS CoV-2 virus.”

The Science Behind NanoStrikeTM

  • Multiple Inactivation Processes in One Powerful Strike

Developed by a team of scientists and engineers, the portable NanoStrike utilizes multiple concurrent processes that rapidly kill and deactivate harmful airborne microorganisms. This nanotechnology provides the first line of protection against viruses and bacteria.

  • Destroys Airborne Pathogens at a DNA Level

While there are several technologies on the market that capture pathogens such as allergens, there are very few that actually eliminate harmful micro-organisms. NanoStrike destroys the DNA and protein that make up viruses, bacteria and fungi. This stops viruses from spreading and bacterial and fungal spores from reproducing.

Unique to NanoStrike is its ability to burst a pathogen cell; other technologies simply deactivate them. NanoStrike concurrently attacks the cell membrane, DNA and protein, causing osmotic pressure, which can quickly burst a cell. Once the cell bursts, there is no way for it to self-heal, ensuring it does not become viable as an infectious agent once again.

Frequently Asked Questions

By improving air quality, schools are better able to keep kids learning in the classroom. By reducing the risk for illness, absenteeism will diminish, having a positive impact on academic performance. Further, additional ventilation in the classroom led to a direct increase of 11 points on math tests as well as an increase in word recognition by 15 percent. (Park, 2016/Bako ‘Biro’ et al, 2011.) Researchers also observed a 5 percent decrement in the “power of attention” in poorly ventilated classrooms.
